Lots of folks in town already for the annual Santa Fe Indian Market.
For those who don’t know this is a big deal, hundreds of Native American artisans and thousands of visitors descend on the historic Santa Fe plaza.
Some big time collectors but mostly folks enjoying the local scene.
Santa Fe hotels are booked but we had a couple change dates in June so we are peaceful this weekend.
Wedding on Sunday, a few lodgers staying but I do not think they are here for market. They will have the Saturday stars and quiet to themselves, very unusual in summer…here on the mountain.
Tornado warning yesterday north of Pecos, about an hour from here. Of course we could see those big black clouds but they did nothing to spoil our late afternoon fun.
